Position Summary: The Seasonal Data Entry Assistant will enter new hire information into the HRIS system.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Receive and review accuracy of all data from on-line seasonal applications
- Enter bell ringer new hires into the payroll system
- Conduct background checks as instructed
- Maintain electronic files and folders in regard to the bell ringers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ data entry experience
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP preferred
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
- Willingness to learn new software as needed
Certificates and Licenses:
- Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
This a seasonal position, flexible scheduling available.
