Position Summary: The Seasonal Data Entry Assistant will enter new hire information into the HRIS system.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review accuracy of all data from on-line seasonal applications
  • Enter bell ringer new hires into the payroll system
  • Conduct background checks as instructed
  • Maintain electronic files and folders in regard to the bell ringers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years’ data entry experience

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP preferred
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
  • Willingness to learn new software as needed

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
