Key Responsibilities: 🚀
- Execute the appropriate strategies to ensure business targets are achieved.
- As required, provide regular updates, reviews, and reports to the Office Manager and Head of Sales & Strategy.
- Support and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of systems and contractors through continuous improvements to each function.
- Attend networking functions, events, and meetings at various venues as required.
- Monthly reporting to the Head of Sales & Strategy on sales, including trends, performance, forecasts, gaps, and conversions.
- Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.
- Maintain client relationships to book repeat business. Ensure effective leadership and teamwork.
Your Skills and Experience: ✨
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Hospitality Industry
- 4+ years general Sales experience, Account Management
- Highly regarded, CRM experience
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and databases.
- A strong history within event sales and a high conversion rate for enquiries.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.
