We’re Looking for a patient concierge (also known as a receptionist) to join Our Allied Dental Ocean Keys Team

About the Role

• Hours: 4 days a week + alternate Saturdays (9-day fortnight)

o Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

o Thursday: 12:00pm – 7:30pm

o Saturday: 8:30am – 2:30pm (every second week)

• Flexible scheduling – we’ll work around the right person

You’ll be the friendly, welcoming face for our patients, managing bookings, answering calls, and keeping the front desk running smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in building strong relationships with patients and team members, helping make every visit a positive experience.

• Dental experience is a bonus, but we provide training for the right person
