Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing support in various financial activities.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of finance principles and accounting practices

- Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

- Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, forecasts, and projections

- Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends or discrepancies

- Assist in developing strategies for improving overall financial performance

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies

- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes

- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis

- Handle payroll processing including tax calculations

- Support month-end closing activities

- Monitor cash flow activities

- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or related field)

-Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role

-Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards is preferred

-Certifications such as ACCA or CIMA are advantageous but not required
