From analyzing market trends to refining user experiences, your insights will drive smarter decision-making and help healthcare organizations optimize financial performance.

As an Associate Product Owner, you will play a hands-on role in bringing innovative data-driven analytics and revenue management solutions to life. You’ll work closely with product team members, engineering, and stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable features while developing your skills in product strategy, agile methodologies, and market analysis.
What you will do
Support Product Development & Agile Execution
• Assist in gathering and refining product requirements using interviews, data analysis, and market research
• Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
AI & Analytics Integration
• Research and analyze analytics and AI/ML use cases in revenue management
• Work with data teams to define metrics and validate model-driven insights
• Help shape analytics dashboards and reporting features that drive decision-making
User-Centric Problem Solving
• Collaborate with UX and engineering to create mock-ups and prototypes
• Engage with internal users and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth
• Work with leadership to support product roadmap planning
• Assist in knowledge transfer, documentation, and product training for internal teams
• Stay curious and bring fresh ideas to enhance our product strategy

What you will bring
We’re looking for a curious, organized, and analytical thinker who is eager to learn and grow in product management while contributing to AI-driven revenue management solutions.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years of healthcare, revenue management, or analytics experience (internships or coursework accepted)
• Exposure to software development, analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS products is a plus
Product & Analytical Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and break them into actionable insights
• 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• At least 1 year hands-on work with agile product management concepts, user stories, and backlog management
• Experience working with large data sets, reporting, or AI-driven insights
• Ability to gather requirements, conduct market research, and analyze trends to support product development
Collaboration & Communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Comfortable presenting findings and assisting in product roadmap discussions
Organizational & Execution Skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using Excel, analytics tools, and product management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools)
