Lead & Deliver Customer Onboarding Project across the Bank & Integrate with relevant Core Banking Systems.
- Understand and act as a bridge between the business users, senior management of the bank and implementation vendor.
- Participate in review of business requirement discussions and ensure that the teams are aligned, and the requirements are clearly understood and documented.
- Ensure maintenance of Customer Onboarding applications.
- Facilitate and lead discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
- Process documentation and identify if any data mapping gap and report them to stakeholders.
- Have overview of the reporting requirements of the bank and overall design for generation of these reports using the reporting tool.
- Manage the review mechanism, handle multiple stakeholders, guide and upskill team members and issue resolution.
- He will be effectively planning his projects, budgets and managing regulatory stakeholders with timely updates and closures.
- Will be involved and responsible for Customer acquisition project delivery along-with Surround systems integrations, Core Banking system, third party KYC etc.
- Dedupe application & implementation and development for bank which is under transformation.
- The incumbent shall be the member of the team and will be responsible for implementation of Customer acquisition projects. He will be leading a team of people.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , IT Applications Skills , Linux , Database . Understanding of API integrations
Experience: 18 to 20 years
