In Buenos Aires within the banking industry, we are looking for a RPA Developer with strong experience in Automation Anywhere, Python, and PL/SQL to join our Systems Management team. The role focuses on designing and implementing automation solutions that optimize business processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency. This is a full-time, hybrid position, initially for 4 months with the possibility of extension.

You will be part of a collaborative team of RPA developers, process analysts, and functional specialists, working in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban). The team drives digital transformation initiatives by designing and deploying scalable automation solutions that bring measurable business impact.

This is you

• Minimum 4 years of experience in RPA development, preferably with Automation Anywhere (A360).

• Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle database management.
• Familiarity with AARI, Control Room, and Bot Insight.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data management formats (Excel, CSV, JSON, XML).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience integrating AI solutions into automation processes.
• Intermediate/advanced technical English level.

This is your role

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.

Build and integrate Python scripts for advanced processing and business logic.

Develop PL/SQL queries and procedures to interact with Oracle databases.

Collaborate with business and functional teams to identify and analyze automation opportunities.

Document technical solutions and maintain automation process documentation.

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of RPA bots.

Ensure scalability, performance, and security of automation solutions.

Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate on planning and monitoring activities.
