Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to drive comprehensive digital marketing initiatives for a growing financial firm that connects business sellers with investors. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to generate qualified leads on both sides of their marketplace. Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential business sellers and investors
  • Design, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms
  • Enhance and maintain CRM database through strategic data enrichment activities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns for dual target audiences
  • Create innovative strategies to generate qualified inbound traffic for both business sellers and potential investors
  • Produce engaging newsletter content and manage distribution to build audience engagement
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence across relevant platforms
  • Generate digital discovery opportunities through creative marketing channel development
  • Collaborate directly with leadership team to develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement


Requirements


  • Proven expertise in digital marketing with specific experience in financial services sector
  • Demonstrated success with LinkedIn outreach strategies and social media marketing
  • Advanced skills in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management/enrichment processes
  • Strong background in email marketing campaign development and execution
  • Portfolio showcasing successful marketing strategies and measurable results in financial services (MUST)
  • Ability to work effectively within Central Time Zone business hours
  • Experience creating compelling inbound marketing content and lead generation strategies
  • Understanding of financial services marketing compliance requirements and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills for direct collaboration with company leadership
  • Self-motivated professional capable of building marketing processes from initial stages
