Job Functions –
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist responsible for organizing quality-related training programs, translating automotive quality documents (English – Hungarian – Chinese), and managing vehicle certificates of conformity. The role focuses on document management, training organization, and departmental coordination to support overall quality assurance and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Training organization

• Organize department training sessions and prepare related training materials.
• Vehicle document translation
• Handle English - Hungarian translation of department procedures and vehicle inspection documents.
• Certificate of conformity management
• Manage, print, verify, and issue vehicle certificates of conformity.
• Your profile:
• 1. More than 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, preferably in the automotive industry.

1. Familiarity with quality management tools such as PPAP and 8D.
2. Strong skills in report preparation and document organization.
3. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
4. Excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian; fluency in Chinese is a strong plus.
