Job vacancy: Relationship Executive            

By joining the team as Relationship Executive within our Rodrigues Hub, you will manage and develop a portfolio of Small and Medium Businesses by providing appropriate service level and achieving assigned targets in view of growing segment business brand value whilst mitigating risk.

In this role you will,

• Manage credit portfolio in accordance with MCB credit policies and guidelines to mitigate financial risks and monitor accounts in line with the risk management policy of the bank;
• Generate leads and ensure that the leads pipeline is appropriately fueled to constantly grow the business;
• Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage the potential customers in relevant sales campaigns to build new relationships;
• Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolve these, referring complex issues to others and ensuring that the customer receives an appropriate response;
• Carry out a first level appraisal of prospective customers or deals in line with client's need within the risk framework of the bank; 
• Engage promptly and collaborate with Risk SBU on financing propositions for timely assessment of credit files while ensuring full understanding of the fundamentals of the credit request.
• Sell and cross-sell a range of products and services to customers; 
• Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention; 
• Participate actively in the development and nurturing of networks and relationships internally and externally to support successful implementation of digital initiatives; 
• Ensure the organization is not exposed to undue risks by using risk management systems to achieve specific goals within a designated area of the business.

•  We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of
• A Degree in Finance, Management, Business Management, Marketing or any related field;
• 2 years’ experience in working with SME or non-individual customers within a banking or financial institution;

Or

• A Diploma in Finance, Management, Business Management, Marketing or any related field;
• 3 years’ experience in working with SME or non-individual customers within a banking or financial institution;

A combination of both qualification & experience will be considered.
