Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to support the execution of brand and product campaigns across physical retail environments. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and client partners to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive sales performance and elevate in-store brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute retail marketing strategies tailored to various store formats and customer demographics.

• Collaborate with product and merchandising teams to align promotional messaging and visual merchandising efforts.

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform campaign improvements.

• Coordinate in-store promotional events, product launches, and sampling programs.

• Manage vendor relationships for print collateral and in-store signage.

• Track KPIs and campaign ROI to report on program effectiveness.

• Ensure brand consistency across all in-store marketing materials and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in retail marketing, merchandising, or brand execution.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
