As a Sr. Executive, Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will lead our efforts to standardize onboarding across six regions, creating a seamless experience for CFD partners while ensuring ROI-driven deal frameworks that power long-term success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Standardize and scale onboarding SOPs across six diverse regions.
• Design ROI-focused deal structures that deliver measurable growth.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to build future leaders.
• Resolve escalations quickly, safeguarding both partners and business.
• Develop a regional CFD partner dashboard to track performance and growth metrics.
• Collaborate across teams in Business, Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver smooth and efficient onboarding.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or IT.
• 9+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in onboarding, partnerships, or business development.
• Proven expertise in CFD/financial services ecosystems.
• Strong skills in negotiation, deal structuring, and leadership.
• Proficiency with automation tools (ClickUp, Zapier, n8n) and advanced reporting/presentation.
• A leadership mindset focused on mentoring and raising the bar.
• Ability to balance quick wins with sustainable growth strategies.
• Data-driven decision-making that turns dashboards into actions.
• Cross-regional insight into CFD trends, regulations, and competitor benchmarks.
