How will you value-add?
Implement Data Governance platforms to enable glossary, metadata/lineage scanning, and data quality rules build
Design and maintain enterprise data models, including dimensional modeling, database normalization, and conceptual / logical / physical data models
Develop and optimize data warehouse, ODS and data mart architectures to support AI and BI solutions
Establish Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks and tools for consistent and accurate reference data
Define and implement data quality management practices, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and compliance
Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards and procedures across the organization
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive data stewardship, ownership and accountability
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g. BCBS 239, GDPR, MAS Requirements).
About you
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and enterprise data integration
8+ years in consulting experience in Singapore and regionally
Strong expertise in:
Data Modeling: Dimensional modeling, Normalization
Data Governance: Informatica CDC, Alation, Collibra
Data Platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud native data solutions
Big Data: Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, or equivalent
ETL / ELT: Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (certifications a plus)
Solution Architecture: TOGAF, SOA, APIs, Microservices
Proven track record of implementing data management solutions in large organizations
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements
