At Busy Bees at Kilburn, we’re searching for a passionate and confident Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Kindergarten Program and help shape the learning journeys of our little learners.

What You’Ll Do:

• Lead the delivery of our high-quality Kindergarten program
• Plan and implement engaging, play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s learning and development
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Champion inclusive practices that celebrate cultural diversity and individual needs
• Collaborate with the wider team to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring learning environment

What You’Ll Need:

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Sa Teacher Registration

• Current Working With Children Check
• First Aid certificate including asthma & anaphylaxis training
• Proven understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant frameworks
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
• A genuine passion for early learning and a collaborative approach

Desirable Skills:

• Experience leading or teaching in early childhood settings
• Familiarity with Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
• Confidence using technology and documentation tools
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and innovation
