About The Location:

The 123-room Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is the company’s second destination in Japan, in the city’s historic Higashiyama-ku district, close to the Kyoto National Museum and myriad heritage sites such as the Toyokuni Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple. Local artists are featured throughout the traditionally-inspired modern décor characterised by an understated Japanese aesthetic. The Hotel has a spa and fitness centre with a pool, and four food and beverage concepts. There are also be 57 Four Seasons Private Residences.

The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for a Housekeeping Guest Experience Agent. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Housekeeping Guest Experience Agent works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Check room status through HotSOS and enter the room according to the procedure. · Restock the linens · Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens etc. · Delivering Guest request item · Setting up the items based on the guest request/preference prior to arrival · Rooms decoration for guests who are coming to celebrate special occasions i.e. Anniversary/Birthday/Honeymoon · Delivering missing items to the room to let SV be able to release the room · Collecting trash · Collecting requested items from checking out rooms · Checking the lost and found item and filling out the Lost and Found sheet before bringing items to security · Searching Lost and Found · OSE maintenance such as Humidifier/Dryer etc. · Delivering and picking up Guest laundry · Setting up and removing SBS(Sofa Bed) and EXB (Extra Bed) · Weekly and monthly item inventory · Storage organization Supporting ENG maintenance · Turn Down Operation when busy · Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Housekeeping / Housekeeping Manage
