About The Role

Responsible for cultivating agile ways of working in AIA

• Enable agile ways of working aligning to the overall AIA agile framework• Oversee Teams/Tribes’ progress and focus teams on delivering value quickly by removing obstacles faced by the team• Provide coaching to agile team members, executive, and managers• Roll out agile framework and practices, track and report metrics to stakeholders
• Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
• Explore opportunity to improve work flow and build healthy environment
