We are a looking for an Ad-Tech Manager to:

  • Oversee the management, definition, execution, and evolution of the Ad Tech stack and platform architecture, including the implementation of new features. 
  • Partner closely with product and ad ops teams to develop product requirements and manage the implementation of projects related to the company’s Ad Tech stack. 
  • Adopt a data-driven approach. Take ownership of data points and data pipeline to measure the success of Ad Tech integrations and work with the BI team to focus on meaningful metrics and to keep the quality of the ad tech integrations in the desired level.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project issues and troubleshooting Ad Tech platform integrations. 
  • Follow the industry standards, including IAB recommendations and proposed specifications. 
  • Value documentation, share knowledge
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding technical requirements and timelines. 
  • Maintain strong working relationships with FAST channel ad tech providers (Wurl, Amagi, Xumo etc). 
  • Hands on experience on troubleshooting.
  • In-depth understanding of ad request parameters
  • In-depth understanding of how ads are served, ingested, and played.

Requirements

  • Experience with video advertising in VOD (Video on Demand) and FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming) channels on CTV platforms. 
  • Familiarity with consent management platforms (CMP). 
  • Experience with SSAI and CSAI
  • Experience on working with FAST channel tech providers (Wurl, Amagi, Xumo etc).
  • Familiarity with SpringServe or similar ad servers.
