Job Description:

As a Lead in Tax Services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients across a variety of dynamic industries. We are seeking a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines. Responsbilities:

• Help execute tax compliance and consulting engagements for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, including multi-state filings

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and excellence

• Demonstrate strong communication skills by effectively collaborating with team members and clearly conveying information to stakeholders and colleagues

• Stay current on industry trends, tax regulations, and emerging issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

• CPA license required, or must be CPA eligible

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in public accounting or a mix of corporate/public accounting

• Experience with partnerships, S-corporations, individuals, and/or multi-state tax issues

• Strong writing, research, and communication skills

• Proficiency with tax technology software; advanced knowledge a plus

• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively within a team environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $51,000.00 - $108,500.00 per year.
