Responsibilities:

• Package adhesive products accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Perform inventory management tasks for product line with expiration dates.
• Complete work orders while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prioritize production tasks based on customer demand and lead times.
• Handle materials safely, maneuver carts, and safely use packaging tools and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate mechanical and basic office equipment.
• Ability to lift 25-40lbs (10-20 kg) regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Work in temperature variable environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling inventory with expiration dates.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Work Environment:
• This is a manufacturing plant environment, involving exposure to moving machinery, high temperatures, equipment, heights, and confined spaces.
