We are looking for a proactive and high-performing WHS Specialist to join our team in this newly created role, reporting to the National Customer Relations Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on excellence, takes ownership, and is committed to delivering outcomes that set the industry standard.

What You’Ll Do

  • Manage all WHS programs and act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, generating new business opportunities
  • Deliver WHS interventions and support RTW programs with high-quality, compliant service
  • Respond to client enquiries within 24 hours and provide service quotes within 2–3 business days
  • Track and report on WHS revenue, opportunities, and program outcomes
  • Stay on top of regulatory and industry compliance changes, ensuring Beneco maintains its reputation and integrity
  • Collaborate with leaders and consultants to develop and improve WHS programs and resources
  • Proactively contribute ideas and initiatives to improve products, services, and processes
  • Act as the go-to WHS expert across the business, keeping the team informed and aligned

About You

You are a high performer with exceptional personal standards, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to doing what’s best for the business. You:

  • Have experience in WHS, occupational health or Injury Management
  • Are confident managing client relationships and delivering WHS interventions
  • Take initiative and ownership of your work, development, and performance
  • Thrive in a high-standard, fast-paced environment and are comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Communicate effectively, giving and receiving feedback to improve outcomes
  • Are organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and reliability in all interactions
