We are looking for a proactive and high-performing WHS Specialist to join our team in this newly created role, reporting to the National Customer Relations Leader. What You’Ll Do
- Manage all WHS programs and act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, generating new business opportunities
- Deliver WHS interventions and support RTW programs with high-quality, compliant service
- Respond to client enquiries within 24 hours and provide service quotes within 2–3 business days
- Track and report on WHS revenue, opportunities, and program outcomes
- Stay on top of regulatory and industry compliance changes, ensuring Beneco maintains its reputation and integrity
- Collaborate with leaders and consultants to develop and improve WHS programs and resources
- Proactively contribute ideas and initiatives to improve products, services, and processes
- Act as the go-to WHS expert across the business, keeping the team informed and aligned
About You
You are a high performer with exceptional personal standards, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to doing what’s best for the business. You:
- Have experience in WHS, occupational health or Injury Management
- Are confident managing client relationships and delivering WHS interventions
- Take initiative and ownership of your work, development, and performance
- Thrive in a high-standard, fast-paced environment and are comfortable challenging the status quo
- Communicate effectively, giving and receiving feedback to improve outcomes
- Are organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and reliability in all interactions
