About The Role

As our SMSF Client Relationship Manager, you’ll leverage your leadership skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team of accountants and client service professionals to provide exceptional client support to a portfolio of advisor and brokers.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• coordinating SMSF support with accountants & technical experts
• guiding advisers and brokers on SMSF setup, compliance, opportunities, and risk management
• communicating proactively with clients & resolving complex issues
• enhancing client engagement and promoting additional services
• managing onboarding & SMSF setup/transfer processes
• serving as an escalation point for urgent or high-risk situations.

About You

• 10+ years SMSF client management experience essential
• strong leadership and communication skills, combined with your understanding of advisor, planner, and broker client needs
• Strong knowledge of SMSF regulations, compliance, and administration processes
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Digital proficiency with Class Super, Jira & Microsoft Office suite
• Occasional travel for client and team collaboration.
