The role

This full-time Senior Architect role is to support the Sydney team on multi-residential and mixed-use projects, however being a national practice you will also gain exposure to a variety of project types and sectors.

Experience in multi-residential project development from concept to completion and ability to document proficiently in Revit is essential.

We welcome candidates with 8-10+ years experience.

About You

You will:

• Come from a mid to large-sized practice.
• Be an allrounder with design, delivery and technical ability.
• Have been responsible for delivery of multi-residential projects. Some hospitality experience also welcome.
• You will be Registered in Australia (or close to Registration) and be familiar with the ADG, local authorities and Australian regulations.
• You should be able to present your schemes with sketches and be confident with multiple software and presentation techniques with a demonstrated ability to interpret and creatively respond to client briefs.
• Be a senior architect ready to take control of a project and also champion the design through to completion be self-motivated with the ability to adopt to new challenges.
• Be able to collaborate with the Sydney leadership team to achieve exceptional design outcomes.
• Navigate NSW Planning regulations and the ability to liaise with consultants and undertake coordination is required for this role.
• Ensure high quality project deliverables, leading design initiatives and mentoring of team members.

You will have:

• High proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Current DBP (Architecture) registration or ability to achieve in a short timeframe.
• Experience in multi-residential and/or independent living projects.
• Strong design and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage project stages with oversight from senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Keen eye for design and attention to detail.
