Job Profile Summary
The B2B Program Support Specialist is responsible for the ongoing project management of all B2B programs. This role is responsible for leading the integration and development of these programs. This position is critical in driving alignment between marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to understand business goals and develop integrated marketing strategies. This role is responsible for developing end-to-end processes that support marketing performance analysis and campaign reporting, ensuring insights are aligned with broader brand and business goals. With a strong grasp of marketing strategy, visual communication, and customer behavior, this position will proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand engagement. The role will also recommend creative, design-informed solutions to elevate marketing impact and drive stronger audience connection and ROI.Employees are expected to follow the company’s “Light of Day” behaviors to ensure that care and respect are always part of our company's core values and culture.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
•Develop and nurture business relationships with strategic partners to drive B2B growth across all card programs.•Identify and resolve issues related to programs, partnerships, and marketing strategies to ensure optimal performance.•Design and produce marketing collateral digital and print platforms, including presentations, social media graphics, email templates,brochures, and event materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.•Prioritize and manage tasks to meet evolving business needs, including process improvements, reporting support, and responding to adhoc requests.•Lead various marketing projects and tasks as assigned, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree•1-2 years of related experience•Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted•Social media management and content creation experience is a plus•Graphic design skills (e.g., proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills•Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies
