Team Overview
Our leading Disputes & Investigations group advises on the full spectrum of high-value, complex commercial disputes. This includes contentious banking and finance matters, insolvency litigation, contentious regulatory investigations, civil and criminal fraud claims, and commercial arbitration.
We are trusted for our solutions-focused advice on disputes with significant reputational and financial implications. The firm has a strong presence in our four key sectors and is known for its professional, innovative, and tenacious approach to litigation and arbitration strategy.
Our client base spans prominent corporates, professional services firms, financial institutions, fintech companies, hedge funds, and pharmaceutical companies.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our team in either Bristol or London. We are seeking candidates with 1–3 years’ PQE and strong experience in commercial litigation. Experience or interest in contentious insolvency, fraud, asset recovery, and professional negligence is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will work on high-value and often high-profile disputes, collaborating with partners and associates across the UK and internationally, within a collegiate and supportive global team.

- Excellent academics;
- Applicants should have trained and qualified with a leading firm with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience;
- Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team;
- Experience in and enthusiasm for complex, high value disputes is essential for this role.
