This role is a fixed-term contract until June 2026. We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both: three days in the Billund Havremarken office and two days from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver innovation, communication and content research journeys connected to our Adults, Core, and Pre-School Squad across the Marketing Value Chain
- Apply innovative research approaches and methodologies for product, portfolio, and experience research, and establish standard processes
- Build and cultivate partnerships with external research agencies, both established and new
- Collaborate with Global Insights Business Partners and internal teams to define research needs that strengthen innovation strategy as well as the strategy for our Core and Pre-school business
- Champion experimentation and encourage new ways of working
- Share knowledge across Global Insights squads and teams to embed impactful insights
- Bring in external perspectives and promote consumer centricity with key partners
- Contribute to crafting the future of Global Insights by helping build an extraordinary insights engine!

Global Insights is a centralised insights organisation within the LEGO Group, working across concept, content, product & marketing innovation research, go-to-market research, performance, and brand tracking. Our vision is to build the future of the LEGO brand and franchises by inspiring and enabling ambitious action through insights.
The Senior Manager will play a key role in advancing research projects, supporting decision-making, and driving innovation in the field of insights. This role does not carry formal people leadership responsibility.

- Critical thinking with the ability to turn insights into actionable outcomes
- Experience from a research agency, consultancy, or insights management role within a dynamic and innovative company
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and cultures – locally, globally, and across time zones
- Business sense with the ability to connect insights to business impact
- Skill in translating business needs into innovative and impactful insights journeys
- A collaborative attitude, emotional intelligence in approach, and the belief that success is shared
- Curiosity and playfulness, with the ability to fuel creativity in others
- Confidence in presenting insights, with strong English communication skills
- A well-rounded, audience-first approach and the ability to synthesise complex information
