Your Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Operate as part of a team to ensure consistent and efficient line performance
• Support production by feeding and servicing the line, weighing ingredients, and packaging finished goods
• Work with both fresh and frozen products, following all hygiene and quality guidelines
• Carry out key tasks such as decanting, line feeding, ingredient mixing, stacking, and palletising
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Product Specifications to maintain product quality
• Contribute to a safe and hygienic work environment through adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
• Support the reduction of downtime and help ensure the daily production plan is achieved
