Food & Beverage Cashier-FLD

Key Accountabilities:

• Serve guests in a friendly, professional, timely and enthusiastic manner
• Properly ensure all payment is being received and recorded for product on POS system
• Set-up and maintenance of outlet
• Clearing dishes and wiping tables
• Monitor stock and replenish all beverage supplies to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Deep cleaning of tables, chairs, counters, etc.
• Polish and roll cutlery as required
• Break bartenders and help bartender at peak times
• Report any loss or theft of company property to management
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Inspect work area daily and report any hazards and/or defective equipment to management
• Comply with all Health and Safety requirments including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as requried
• Report all injuries, accidents and unsual conditions to management immediatley
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Educational And Functional Requirements:

• High School Diploma; and be self motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Ablility to perform tasks effectively and safely within prescribed time limits
• Maintain a positive working relationship with fellow employees and management as part of a team
• Ability to aquire a criminal check or an AGCO Cat 2 license
• Valid Smart Serve required

Open availability required 12-40 hour per week.
