The Sr. Sales Manager – Enterprise will be responsible for driving Sales within Enterprise segment focusing on IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of IT systems, a strong network within the UAE enterprise sector, and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for IT infrastructure solutions (networking, storage, servers etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprise accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including proposal development, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and after-sales coordination.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic account plans.
- Collaborate with technology partners to strengthen solution offerings.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 6–10 years of sales experience in the UAE region, preferably within an IT System Integrator or Technology Vendor.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, security, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE driving license is a must.
