Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of ODVS, including managing schedules, communications, and other tasks to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
Prioritize and organize communications; prepare and revise official documents, reports, and presentations.
This position will handle logistics for meetings and events, coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
All other duties as assigned.
Travel required.

Qualifications
30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
-Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
-Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2,16872.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
