Purpose:
As part of the Worley Graduate Community, you will work under the supervision and mentorship of our civil/structural engineering team. This role provides hands-on experience in applying your academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects while supporting the delivery of innovative solutions to Worley and its customers. You will contribute to design and engineering work across industries including Chemicals, Hydrocarbon, Power, Nuclear, and Minerals Processing.
Responsibilities:
- Support local clients by delivering project requirements in line with client standards.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with engineers and designers in the department to meet project needs.
- Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Follow project schedules, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time to support project goals.
- Learn independently while also engaging with mentoring provided within the department.
What You Will Bring:
Technical and Industry Experience
- Desire to learn industrial civil/structural design and engineering concepts.
- Some proficiency in relevant software such as the MS Office Suite.
- May have prior internship or co-op experience in an engineering environment.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training Required
- A recognized Civil or Structural Engineering degree that will lead to registration as a Professional Engineer.
