We are looking for individuals to provide relational mentoring support to economically inactive women with multiple barriers aged between 18-64 who live in and around Durham. The Durham Women’s Hub aims to provide a ‘one-stop’ venue of integrated health, wellbeing and employability support, through a programm of activities, workshops and peer support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in our enterprise supporting those economically inactive with multiple barriers to work.

You will inspire positive change in your customers and strive to empower individuals to reveal the right journey towards and into employment for them. Our service is unique in the sense that no two customers will have the same journey.

As a Mentor you will take ownership of your own caseload of customers, building a trusting relationship providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals through multiple channels.

As a member of the mentoring team, you will have the ability to find innovative ways to engage and support your customers, to help identify and find informed solutions to your customer needs. You will be confident in using a CRM system to manage customer relationships efficiently in addition to being proficient in using Microsoft 365.
