CompQsoft, a rapidly growing and are seeking a Microsoft D365ce Functional Business Analyst to join our growing team

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the external vendor for development needs
• Build workflows and carry out customizations
• Work with stakeholders across the business to gather business requirements, ensuring CRM optimization
• Create a roadmap to prioritize future enhancements and projects
• Carry out training and support across the business

Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Required Skills:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst, fit gap analysis,
• Experience working with documentation and training
• Dynamics CRM customization experience
