The Solutions Architect plays a critical leadership role in shaping and driving the organization’s technology strategy and architectural vision. This individual ensures scalable, secure, and sustainable systems by aligning technical solutions with business objectives across complex enterprise landscapes. The role requires deep expertise in architecture frameworks, cross-domain integration, and modern technology platforms to guide high-impact transformation initiatives. This is an in-person role based at the corporate office in Orlando, FL.

Essential Duties:

1. 1. Architecture Design & Governance
2. Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks.
3. Create high-level solution architectures for major initiatives.
4. Review and approve system designs to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
5. Establish architectural standards and enforce compliance across teams.
6. 2. Technology Strategy & Roadmapping
7. Develop long-term IT strategies in collaboration with other technical leads and business stakeholders.
8. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption or sunset plans.
9. Build technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and transformation programs.
10. Work with business, product, and engineering teams to align architecture with business needs.

Education And/Or Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture within medium to large corporations.
• Experience leading enterprise data initiatives and engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge and understanding of server, applications, network, and systems.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Professional Skillset Qualifications

• · Experience building solutions involving the following technologies:
• o CRM applications (Salesforce or similar)
• o Data Integration and API middleware (Mulesoft or similar)
• o AI solutions and agents (OpenAI, MS Foundry or similar)
• o eCommerce platforms (REACT or similar)
• o Reservation Systems (TSW or similar)
• o Payment Systems (Freedompay or similar)
• Experience with enterprise technologies including applications, storage platforms, database (SQL), basic networking and routing.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
• Ability to adapt in fast paced work environment.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

· Agile/Scrum Framework.

· Systems Development Lifecycle Processes (SDLC).

· Strategic Planning.
