Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for cybersecurity and customer impact? Team Cymru is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to guide our enterprise customers toward meaningful outcomes with our industry-leading threat intelligence solutions.

Your Mission
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor post-sale, ensuring customers realize the full potential of our solutions. From onboarding to expansion, you'll work with technical and business stakeholders to drive adoption, reduce churn, and elevate customer outcomes. You’ll need to understand how threat intelligence fits into complex cybersecurity ecosystems—even if you're not a practitioner.
What You’ll Do
Customer Success Leadership
Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of enterprise clients
Define success plans, adoption milestones, and track impact
Conduct strategic reviews (QBRs), success planning sessions, and proactive check-ins
Strategic Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Sales, SEs, Support, and Product to ensure a frictionless customer journey
Co-build onboarding paths, enablement playbooks, and adoption toolkits
Growth & Retention
Monitor health signals and user data to surface and mitigate risks
Partner with Sales to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
Influence product innovation with customer feedback and market insight
Your Background
Required:
3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a related post-sales role (B2B SaaS)
Experience engaging technical cybersecurity teams (SOC, threat intel, etc.)
Track record of driving adoption and expanding enterprise accounts
Proficiency with CS tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.
Clear communicator who can translate complex value to any stakeholder
Exposure to CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) workflows or platforms
Certifications or training related to CTI or cybersecurity frameworks
Location & Travel
Remote, but must be based on the U.S. West Coast
Travel required within the U.S. and internationally
