Critical Care Generalist, Nursing Education
Monday - Friday, Days
Works collaboratively with critcal care educator team to deliver orientation and continuing education content; collaborate with unit based initiatives and onboarding.
Plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates strategies to ensure proper onboarding, competencies and professional and preceptor development.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Certified in specialty or completed within the first 18 months of hire.
- 2 years of education or professional development preferred.
- 3 years of clinical experience in identified specialty.
- Excellent informatics, verbal and written communications skills desired
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility
- Current BLS or ACLS Certification.
