Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team in Norman, United States. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

• Perform preventive maintenance on various manufacturing equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests during shift hours
• Conduct regular inspections and document equipment conditions
• Collaborate with other shifts to ensure continuity of maintenance activities
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in all maintenance operations
• Utilize CMMS to track maintenance tasks, inventory, and equipment history
• Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment repair
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours in Norman, United States
