Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at our manufacturing facility in Norman, United States. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities during night-time hours.

• Perform preventive maintenance on various industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and equipment breakdowns
• Conduct regular inspections of facility systems, including HVAC and plumbing
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Collaborate with other shifts to ensure continuity of maintenance activities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and best practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in repairing and maintaining various types of industrial equipment
• Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and procedures
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in an industrial setting
• Basic computer skills for maintaining digital logs and accessing repair manuals
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work night shift hours and occasional overtime as needed
• Technical certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or related fields preferred
