We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow Vilgain in South England 🇬🇧. Your focus will be independent retailers, gyms, wholefood & speciality stores, and office supply partners – building a thriving network of accounts in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets.
This role is about hustle, relationships and results: you’ll be in the field every day, opening doors, nurturing independents, and reporting on your performance. Experience in FMCG or e-commerce sales is a plus, but what really counts is your ability to create opportunities and grow revenue.

What You’Ll Be Doing
- Acting as the local face of Vilgain – working closely with our Sales Manager, CFO and CEO.
- Expanding our footprint across independent retail, wholefood & speciality stores, gyms and nutrition networks.
- Building strong long-term partnerships that drive sell-through and repeat business.
- Running local activations and tastings to get Vilgain products into more hands.
- Delivering daily reporting on pipeline, wins and KPIs.
- Managing your region independently – with regular travel and face-to-face client visits.
- Proven experience in independent retail / FMCG / fitness sales (e-commerce knowledge a plus).
- Performance mindset – comfortable with targets, KPIs and daily reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to win and keep partners.
- Valid UK driving licence + willingness to spend most of your time on the road.
- Clear targets, full ownership, and visible monthly results.
- A portfolio of 800+ premium SKUs customers already love.
- A strong European brand, 100% YoY growth, and ambitious UK expansion.
