We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst to lead intelligence operations, support strategic decision-making, and proactively identify risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of geopolitical and threat environments, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. This role requires a high level of discretion, critical thinking, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage intelligence-gathering operations, including open-source intelligence (OSINT), third-party vendor networks, governmental agencies, human intelligence (HUMINT), and technical sources.
  • Analyze and assess emerging threats (e.g., geopolitical, cybersecurity, terrorism, economic) to company assets, personnel, and interests.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and insightful intelligence products (briefings, reports, alerts) for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor global developments and conduct trend analysis to forecast potential risks and inform corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, legal, and business continuity teams to enhance organizational preparedness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and intelligence networks.
  • Support crisis response and incident management with real-time intelligence support.
  • Perform threat assessments for specific travel events, office locations, special events, and other as necessary.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or a related discipline.
  • Strong writing, research, and briefing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Extensive experience briefing senior level government officials/executive management.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing actionable intelligence for high-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree (MA/MS) in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in government intelligence, military intelligence, law enforcement, or corporate security.
  • International travel experience to meet with foreign intelligence services/government officials to enhance diplomatic relations and policy efforts.
  • Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence and geopolitical risk monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of corporate insider threat best practices.
  • Security clearance (active or previously held) is a plus.

Work Environment and Conditions:

  • Primarily remote with some in person office hours.
  • Occasional domestic and foreign travel.

The base pay range for this role is $101,900 - $169,900. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
