• Key Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights for process improvements and strategic decision-making.

• Build dynamic dashboards in Google Looker Studio for revenue performance tracking, and KPI reporting

• Automate and streamline data processing using Excel macros, Google Sheets scripting, and system integrations

• Extract and interpret data from Oracle, Salesforce, and OneStream, ensuring integrity and consistency across platforms

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by creating structured reports and enhancing reconciliation templates

• Partner with accounting and finance stakeholders to design efficient reporting flows

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support new process rollouts across regions .

• Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.

• Support revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP (ASC 606) and company policies.

• Reconcile and analyze accounts receivable, unbilled revenue, deferred revenue, and related accounts.

• Prepare and post timely and accurate journal entries related to revenue, accounts receivable, deferred revenue

• Collaborate with billing, collections, sales operations, and FP&A teams to ensure the integrity of revenue and cash flow reporting.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including audit support and financial reporting.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the revenue cycle and contribute to automation initiatives.

• 🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CA or equivalent certification is a plus)

• 5–8 years of experience in finance operations

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, and OneStream

• Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas), Google Workspace, and Looker Studio

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills

• Experience with Google Apps Script (JavaScript-based) for workflow automation and process optimization across Google Workspace tools.
