Our company is growing rapidly and seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to focus specifically on the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud Service, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Enterprise Cloud Service and Fusion ERP Analytics.

ODL seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide functional/technical analysis and configuration support in the financial related areas of Oracle Cloud.

What you'll do:

• Systems & Functional Expertise - Serves as the subject matter expert, providing in-depth systems knowledge for new initiatives and projects. Understands Finance applications and configures them to meet business requirements.

• Project & Initiative Support - Assists business users, project managers, and IT leadership in optimizing scope, benefits, and risks. Provides key support in technical projects, such as ERP Phase 2.

• Business Analysis & Process Design - Leads the gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business/technical needs. Develops and documents business processes with complex system interactions using agile principles.

• Issue & Feature Management - Coordinates issue tracking and resolution for assigned projects. Owns and maintains the backlog of new or enhanced features aligned with finance technology improvements.

• Reporting & Data Management - Provides expertise on BI dashboards and supports Master Data Management and Governance. Supplies data to external auditors as needed.

• System Operations & Maintenance - Regularly monitors and performs platform maintenance activities. Collaborates with internal subsidiaries for production activities and supports end-users with troubleshooting and configuration.

• Software Development Practices - Applies best practices such as code reviews, peer programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration.

• Vendor & External Collaboration - Interacts with packaged software service organizations to resolve complex application issues.

• Communication & Planning - Prepares communications and project plans; presents system/package enhancements or alternatives.

• Financial Support - Assists with financial analysis and related departmental projects. Performs reconciliations and tracking of files through operations.

What you'll need:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Education, Business/Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, Technical

• Five years of experience with systems analysis for Oracle Fusion or equivalent, including implementation and upgrades.

• Experience providing project estimates and managing projects.

• Experience supporting business during test cycle.

• Experience performing business process analysis is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Financial system knowledge required.

• Ability to convert business requirement into functional specification documents.

• Ability to summarize substantial amounts of data into meaningful information for presentation and decision making.

• Eagerness to approach obstacles proactively and creatively to resolve problems.
