Key Solutions Group (KSG) is taking on the largest fabrication project in our history—and we need a Night Shift Supervisor who can lead with both technical skill and people-first leadership. This role is about more than supervision—it’s about building a strong, united team across day and night shifts to deliver something extraordinary.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead the Night Shift fabrication team with safety, quality, and schedule as non-negotiables.
• Work closely with Execution and Quality leads to ensure proactive planning and success.
• Drive collaboration and effective handover with the Day Shift team.
• Build a positive culture of accountability, respect, and communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Heavy fabrication leadership experience (trade-qualified, 5+ years).
• Background in natural resource extraction, mining, or coal handling industries highly regarded.
• Strong people skills—able to unite teams and resolve conflict.
• Knowledge of welding/fabrication to a high standard
• Safety-first mindset with required tickets (Confined Space, Working at Heights).
• Confidence in leading 12-hour shifts, 5-6 days a week
