DCS Process Automation Engineer (relocation)

👉 The project is planned for a minimum of one year with the possibility of extension. We value your presence in Denmark so you can be close to the team and the client.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• designing, developing, programming, testing (FAT, SAT, UAT), commissioning and qualifying applications for DCS systems (including ABB 800xA, SattLine),
• collaborating with process experts and specialists in MES, Historian systems, production equipment and control and measurement instrumentation,
• participating in project processes related to process automation (fermentation, purification, utility, cleaning systems),
• documenting activities in accordance with GMP/GAMP requirements and GDP principles,
• supporting automation strategy and sharing knowledge within the international team.

You are someone we are looking for if:

• have at least 4 years of experience in programming and implementing DCS systems, especially ABB 800xA,
• possess practical knowledge of Batch Management (S88),
• have experience working on projects in a GMP/GAMP environment,
• are fluent in English at B2 level or higher,
• are ready to work on a contract in Denmark,
• can collaborate in a team, act responsibly and are development-oriented.

We Will Also Appreciate:

• experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry, especially in batch processes,
• practice in developing functional specifications and technical documentation,
• experience in FAT, SAT, UAT testing as well as system commissioning and validation,
• knowledge of good documentation (GDP) and validation (GMP) practices.
