Make a difference as Sales Representative/Product Developer

As a Sales Representative/Product Developer, you’ll be the face of Enza Zaden to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing technical advice and support to ensure successful crop performance.
• Identifying and promoting promising new varieties through trials and feedback.
• Supporting the introduction of new products with clear positioning and trial planning.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborating with internal teams like Product Management, Breeding, and Marketing.
• Managing sales and customer relationships within your assigned region and customer base.
• Developing and executing customer plans aligned with tactical goals.

Your team and workplace

You’ll report to the Product Manager and work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Customer Service. You’ll also maintain strong relationships with growers, dealers, and purchasing managers. Expect frequent domestic travel and a dynamic, collaborative environment where your insights are valued.

What you bring as a future colleague

• A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, product development in the agribusiness.
• Strong customer orientation and commercial drive.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently within your region.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.
