To align with the Rakuten mission and support RMI Quality Assurance business unit in achieving its goals through project & service delivery governance, KGI/KPI management and Kaizen.

Position Details

• As Project Delivery Strategic Planning you will be required to do..
• - Gather all the BAU and Internal project and make sure all the progresses are up to date by key stakeholders.
• - Make sure the deliverables are to be on time based on the precise planning and exectuions.
• - Promote the employees with necessary training and educations in the organization
• - Other PMO activities
• - Business & Technical Manuals creation

Work Environment

In Project Delivery Section under Governance & Compliance department in Quality Assurance, selected individual shall be directly working together with Department Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

Science/ Engineering background candidate

Preffered Qualifications

・Holding any internationally approved business process OR Quality Management certification (Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
・Good exposure to ITSM / ITIL
・Around 10-12 years of experience in the IT/ Telecommunications industry
* Well-versed in different PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.)
* Exposure to Quality audits
