About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team you will work closely with members of Talent Acquisition team in Lithuania and on global level and cross-functional teams to support business and help them to hire top talents.

Your Role:

• Supporting Citco recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, local job boards.
• Preparing and posting vacancies to online jobs portals, universities and social media sites.
• Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assisting with scheduling and conducting interview.
• Participating in talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Enthusiasm for recruitment, employer branding, and working with people.
• Eager and motivated to learn new things.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English language skills.
• Able to dedicate 30-39h/week during office hours for 6 months.

Salary 1038 EUR gross
