We are seeking a Senior Program Support Specialist to support a NASA contract in Greenbelt, MD.
Job Description:
Serve as the Senior Program Support Specialist providing access and authorization management, applications security and Program & Project support to the GEO Programs Division at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
Responsibilities:
• Administer/coordinate NOAA/NASA Identity Management services and applicable implementation within the GEO Programs Division.
◦ IdMAX and NAMS Administration for GEO Program assets access and authorization additions and removals. Responsible for the creation and generation of audit reports, bulk imports and exports of users, and adding user roles and auto provisioned groups into GEO applications.
◦ Create, maintain and manage folder level access and authorization controls within the GEO SharePoint online libraries, OneDrive and network shared file repositories.
◦ Manage licensing assignments for Configuration Management application access.
◦ Administration, access and authorization support for IRMA (risk database), Gemini (ticketing system with extensive workflows), Hoteling application,
◦ Primary POC for GEO systems access and authentication related usage inquiries.
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding support for new division staff.
◦ Onboarding and offboarding access control analysis and processing.
• GEO NDA and associated access and authorization coordination and administration.
• Administer external Access Management efforts for GEO Division for both NOAA and NASA.
• Coordinate and collaborate with GEO Communications Specialist on GEO sites graphical user interface, content management and analytics.
• Develop, review, and format documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency with NOAA/NASA standards.
• Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks, develop a plan, and communicate with a team to accomplish them.
• Responsible for distributing information to team members, stakeholders, and leadership quickly and efficiently
• Maintain and update databases, records, and information systems to support tracking of administrative tasks and project activities.
• Coordinate the accessibility requirements outlined in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for GEO information and communication technology (ICT); websites, software, electronic documents, and internal tools.
• Analyze data for reports including gathering data from database reports, performing variance analysis, and writing data for presentation format.
• Work with the GEO Programs/Projects to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for application instruction and tasks within the division.
• Support coordinating foreign national visits to include security/badge processing.
• Additional duties as identified; May lead others in complex assignments.
Requirements:
• A strong ability to make sound decisions quickly utilizing analysis, experience, and judgment.
• Ability to learn quickly and think critically to create innovative solutions for customer and employee needs.
• Expert knowledge of Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Outstanding proactive customer service with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs by recognizing areas of opportunity and quickly provide solutions.
• Individual must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency requirements for access to NASA GSFC. Extensive background investigation will be performed as a requirement of the job. Some travel may be required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related professional experience or equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree.
