May also be known as Software Developer. Gathers requirements and writes code to craft a solution where an off-the-shelf product may not fully address user needs. May be experienced in AGILE or Waterfall cycles or may be a SCRUM Master. Designs, develops, and tests software for either internal or external clients. Streamlines information systems and processes. Plans, coordinates, and supervises processes related to software applications. Identifies, assesses, and evaluates moderately complex product/service solutions. In client environments, the role may require a blend of strong sales, marketing, and technical skills. Coordinates resolution of product/service issues, upgrades, and problems. Interacts with management internally or at the customer site to assess major business processes and address product/service needs. In external situations there may be strong involvement in the overall sales process, pre-sales through post-sales support. Participates in sales (external) or leadership (internal) presentation activities and develops and delivers presentations to user's stakeholder management. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
