Partner with the best

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Site Program Manager for our Center of Excellence in Costa Rica with over 500 people. You will provide oversight on a variety of programs as part of the Costa Rica Site Strategy. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, budget, internal communications and initiatives across different functions.

As a Site Program Manager you will be responsible for:

• Supporting, planning, and coordinating Costa Rica Site Programs and Initiatives
• Supporting and coordinating the communication strategy for the Site
• Supporting the process of proper allocation of funds to project owners and general oversight of the budget
• Providing governance, general operational, and strategic assistance to the Site Leadership Team and Site Leader
• Organizing and coordinating Site events, both internal and external, including conferences, regional all-hands, town halls, and trainings
• Participating in regular meetings and planning sessions with the extended Site Leadership team.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a high school diploma or a technical degree and experience in program/project management
• Have proven experience in program or project management and deep knowledge of program management tools.
• Have excellent interpersonal and organizational / planning skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Be able to adapt and respond to changing priorities and a variety of programs and activities happening simultaneously
• Be able to influence, motivate, and inspire others
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to design documentation
