Job Details:

The payment applications patient account specialist will utilize skills to resolve outstanding patient accounts where payment needs posted for account resolution. Under the leadership of the Manager, Patient Financial Services, the payment applications patient account specialist is responsible for payment processing, payment reconciliation, adjustments, follow-up, and research/resolution of unapplied payments.

Education

• High school diploma (required)

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient financial services or healthcare billing (preferred)
